200-Seater Capacity LASPOTECH Theater Building Project
To support the advancement of education and technological development in Lagos State, we successfully designed and constructed a 200-seater lecture theatre for Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH), a leading technology university in Nigeria.
The lecture theatre was designed to provide a modern and comfortable learning environment. The facility features a reinforced concrete structure with an acoustically optimized interior, ensuring clear sound projection and an immersive lecture experience. The seating arrangement follows an amphitheater-style design to maximize visibility and engagement for all students.
1201m Reinforced Concrete Perimeter Fence
The perimeter fence was conceived as a vital security and boundary-defining structure, addressing the growing need for controlled access, and community safety in the project area. Designed for structural durability and long-term resilience, the fence features reinforced concrete panels with integrated columns and foundations engineered to withstand both environmental pressures and potential external impact.
